Best things to do at Sofitel Philippine Plaza
December 2016, Manila.
Watch the most admired sunset at Manila Bay. Be certain to take that majestic shot at around 5PM onwards, it doesn’t matter if you’re using a smartphone. The trick is not to use flash and do have a steady grip.
Swim and play at the park. The last we’re here, the playground used to have a sandbox and a mini watch tower for the kids.
Enjoy the breakfast buffet at the Spiral. The newspaper girl bikes around the dining area or orders taho from the waiter dressed in traditional Pinoy clothing. Visit every corner : chocolate section, the cheese and ham room, the gelato and native pinoy section, the salad section, the dishes from: Filipino, Japanese, Indian, Thai, and all sorts.
Also try the breakfast and snacks at Snaps Sports Bar. Put on your shoes and enjoy the bar games, cocktails and sports memorabilia. The bar is open 24 hours.
Philippe Tordjman Le Salon. Treat your mane or have your make done by professionals and see for yourself the difference, if it makes that difference.
Have your birthday celebration. They’ll serve you a special serenade and treat. Not just once but twice when your birthday fall on the 31st of December. 🙂
Spend New Year’s Eve. The best thing in life is to experience Sofitel’s themed new year’s eve celebration. It comes with an extravagant dinner buffet and an exclusive access to the hotel’s fireworks presentation and party. Have your picture taken at the grand staircase. And most of all have fun during the countdown.
New Year’s Eve dinner rate is set at P7,599 nett per person. (subject to change).
