Have you been to Hello Kitty christmas village? We bet meow-meow-meow could have been the most appealing sound in that place ever since they launched it last week. Apparently I’m a dog-person, even the household clan never had a pet cat in our entire lives. We spent years caressing dogs but through out our childhood years up to the time I had a kid of to throw out and pass around all the girly trinkets I got) — Sanrio’s Hello Kitty was there! 🙂
We never paid much attention to seriously collect Hello Kitty memorabilia’s, they just come and go. Although I managed to keep some Hello Kitty’s for the sake of keeping the really worthy ones. Now that Christmas is just around the corner, we passed by SM North’s The Block and was starstruck with this year’s theme: Hello Kitty Festival. I was more excited to observed kids around, Christmas is dedicated for children and they can proved it through simple joys and appreciation with their happiest smiles and gestures. Adults who have outgrown the love for Hello Kitty are bringing back their childhood memories while hobbyists couldn’t resists the unending photo shoots and grins with their best and most adored pal, Hello Kitty.
Speaking of devoted collectors, The mall had set-up a designated corner for the Hello Kitty Luxe Collection.

I got this 1999 ceramic display (Hello Kitty in blue) from Tokyo,Japan. I ditched the stand and use it as accessory piler. Top right – Hello Kitty doll in white wedding dress and the rest are Hello Kitty trinkets. Most of the trinkets were donated and/or given to relatives who have kids that needs some hugs from Hello Kitty. =)
The Hello Kitty black version from luxe collection exude elegance and Hello Kitty as a dog lover herself, pretty cool decision Kitty! 🙂 These were my fave items, plus the Doc Martens collaboration. They \m/
