How to request for an NSO Birth Certificate/Marriage/Death/CENOMAR Delivery

I had bad issues with NSO before, every time I applied for a secured copy of birth certificate, thrice the failed system released a negative copy. I was younger and I was aiming to work, any type of work abroad before. But the main hindrance was that I cannot get myself a passport then, a chained reaction from my negative records in NSO, they even suggested a Late Registration which will take place under the table. Until now, I had it kept in my gazillion documents.

By year 2006, luckily my family has a resource person and was able to dig in the FILE. So the years I’ve wasted requesting just sound so ridiculous! I was thinking, the file was available only to this date because the system was structured online already. That makes the past employees a lazy bum, forgive me. The file I did request again twice just to double check that I have a record. You can just imagine, the feeling of an adult being so happy & contented holding her birth certificate.

Forget the issues, let’s not dwell on the past. The good news is you can now apply or request for a copy of your most valid documents through online or a phone call. And get it delivered right at your doorstep in 2 to 3 days wherever you are in the country.
This is how its being done:
  1. Order Online via web chat at http://nso.citizenservices.com.ph/
